Our Process & How We Work With You

Our Process & How we work with you (1)

Initial Contact  – If you want to know more about our products and services, you can contact us via email (contact@beecleanspecialties.com) or phone (888-451-0844).

Initial Visit

Assess Existing Situation – If you are looking for a solution to improve and maintain the air quality in your facility, especially by removing oil smoke and mist, it often requires an on-site analysis. Once you call in and schedule your free appointment, we will come out and inspect existing air filtration equipment and the machines creating the air quality problem, and discuss possible solutions.

If your existing air filtration equipment is adequate and you are just looking for service, we will check the condition of the equipment and then send a quote for service as well as any repairs that we believe will be necessary.

If a new system or additional equipment is necessary, we will work with you to decide what type of equipment, ductwork, and source capture methods will work best for you. Then we will design a system for you and send a quote with a drawing of the ductwork system.

Discuss Goals – What are you looking for? An 80% improvement, getting as much as possible out of your existing system, or redesigning your air quality system to achieve crystal clean air? Different companies have different needs, and we are flexible in the solutions that we provide. There are a wide range of price points for improving your air quality, and the best solution depends on your goals, contaminants, and budget.

Regular Electrostatic Maintenance – Once we set up a recommended maintenance frequency, we can schedule maintenance visits in a few different ways.

  1. We can notify you before your next recommended service date and schedule a visit once confirmation is received.
  1. We can email you to notify you when your next service is scheduled and come out to service on the day mentioned unless you specify otherwise.

If a service call is needed between our recommended service times, we will have a technician on-site within 24 hours if necessary. If the service call is a result of an oversight on a previous visit, it will be free of charge (any problem with the air cleaner, excluding a bad power supply, motor, blower, or damage to the air cleaner caused by physical impact, fire, or problems with the electricity supply to the unit).

Installation of Equipment and Ductwork – Once a system has been designed, we will let you know the expected amount of time it will take to complete the installation and then work with you to schedule it for a time that works for you. Once we complete the installation, we will power up the system and inspect the equipment to make sure the system is working properly. We will then set up a follow-up appointment a few months later to inspect the system and determine the recommended service frequency.

Equipment Warranty – When serviced as recommended, we extend the manufacturer’s warranty by an additional year. This warranty includes labor for the existing manufacturing warranty, as well as parts and labor for the additional year of coverage. Any warranty issues that we come across during service, we will report to the manufacturer, and resolve them for you.

Dust Collector PMs – If you are looking for regular preventive maintenance on your dust collection system or systems, we can provide an inspection program tailored to your equipment and application. We offer PMs on the cartridge and baghouse-style dust collectors. Once we schedule an appointment, our technicians will complete the PM and let you know if there is anything that needs to be addressed right away. Then, depending on the level of PM performed, you will be sent a full report on your dust collection system(s) and any upcoming next steps within a few days.

If a repair is needed, a service visit will be scheduled as soon as possible. If everything is functioning properly, we can schedule in your next PM, whether it is quarterly, six-monthly, or annually.

Media Filter Replacement – If media mist or dust collection filters need to be replaced, there are multiple options depending on your preferences.

Just Filters – If all you need are the filters, and you plan on exchanging them in-house, you can reach out via phone or email, or order them through the website. (Our webstore does not have every filter that we offer, only the most common ones). If you do not know what filters you need, we will help you source the best options for you.

Filters and Installation – Another option is having us source and exchange your filters. If this is the type of service you are looking for, we will schedule a service appointment at a time that works for you, and depending on the availability of the filters that you need.
