Return/Refund Policy

* Time – Refunds can be requested for 30 days from the date of purchase.

* Method of refund – Money will be refunded to the same form of payment used to purchase.

* Product condition – The item must be new in box/unopened/like new in order to return, no seals broken

* Refund contact info – To request a refund call 888-451-0844, or email contact@beecleanspecialties.com. A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number will be issued. No returns will be excepted without an RGA number.

* Charges – User pays return shipping, and pays a 20% restocking fee unless item shipped was the wrong item, or defective.
