Versatile Use
A•5 is best suited for CNC machines, swiss machines and grinding machines that are running with high speeds and high coolant pressures. Its small size makes A•5 ideal for machine mounting, but of course you can also put it on a floor stand or hang it from your wall or ceiling if that is what you prefer. This new unit is the perfect match for a machine with an inner space of up to 2.5 m3/89 ft3. A•5 can also be adapted to fit the requirements of different applications.
Unique Function
A•5 has four unique filter stages that we adapt to your machine. Each one captures millions of particles. The first three are self-draining filter cassettes from Absolent. These have the ability to drain the captured oil so that it can be reused in the machine instead of polluting the premises. This is what we call our Catch & Release principle. The fourth filter us a HEPA H13. Thanks to this we can ensure clean air during the entire operating time. It filters at least 99.97% of all particles. In other words, it is a filter for your safety.
A•control
A•5 comes with A•control. A handheld, electronic device with a seven-inch color screen that gives you new opportunities to manage, control and monitor your filter unit. The A•control has information about the pressure drop in each filter stage, running hours, fan speed and much more. You can adjust all settings right from the hand unit. It has never been so easy to clean the air from and around your machines.
This unit was purchased as a demo unit but has never been put into service. List price is $9,094.
