Initial Visit
Assess Your Existing Situation
Improving air quality often starts with understanding the current system, the contaminants being generated, and how your equipment is performing.
During your free on-site evaluation, our technicians will inspect your existing air filtration equipment, including electrostatic air cleaners, source capture systems, ductwork, and the machines creating the air quality issue.
We will evaluate your system and determine whether your current equipment can be optimized through proper service and maintenance or if additional improvements are needed.
If Your Existing Equipment Is Adequate
If your current system is capable of meeting your air quality needs, we will inspect the condition of the equipment and provide a detailed quote for recommended maintenance, repairs, and service.
This may include cleaning and servicing collection cells, ionizers, prefilters, motors, blowers, electrical components, and other critical parts to keep your system operating properly.
If Additional Equipment or a New System Is Needed
If your current setup is not providing the results you need, we will work with you to develop a better solution.
Our team can help determine the right combination of equipment, ductwork, and source capture methods for your application. We will design a system based on your goals, contaminants, facility layout, and budget, then provide a detailed proposal with recommended equipment and ductwork designs.

Do All Filter Systems Need Regular Inspections and Maintenance
Proper inspections and maintenance is essential for keeping media and electrostatic air cleaners operating efficiently. Determining the recommended service frequency for your equipment is an initial step. We can schedule maintenance in a way that works best for your facility.
Maintenance scheduling options include:
- We can contact you before your recommended service date and schedule your next visit after confirmation.
- We can schedule your recurring maintenance and notify you before the service date.
- If an unexpected service issue occurs, we can respond quickly and provide troubleshooting, repairs, and replacement parts when needed.
If a service-related issue occurs due to work completed during a previous visit, Bee Clean Specialties will work with you to resolve the issue. Coverage excludes failures caused by power supplies, motors, blowers, physical damage, fire, or electrical issues outside of the air cleaner.
Equipment Installation & Ductwork
Once the right solution has been designed, Bee Clean Specialties will coordinate the installation process around your schedule.
Our installation process includes:
- Reviewing the expected installation timeline
- Reviewing with you onsite or conference call a pre installl checklist to ensure alignement of goals
- Scheduling work at a convenient time for your facility
- Installing equipment and ductwork
- Testing system operation
- Inspecting airflow and equipment performance
After installation, we will schedule a follow-up inspection to verify system performance and determine the recommended maintenance schedule moving forward.
Equipment Warranty Support
When your equipment is properly maintained according to our recommendations, Bee Clean Specialties can help extend manufacturer warranty coverage.
We assist with warranty-related issues by identifying problems during service visits, communicating with manufacturers, and helping coordinate repairs when needed.
We usually include the labor to remedy the warranty even when equipment manufacturers do not.
Dust Collector Preventive Maintenance
In addition to electrostatic air cleaner service, Bee Clean Specialties provides preventive maintenance programs for industrial dust collection systems.
We offer PM services for:
- Cartridge dust collectors
- Baghouse dust collectors
- Industrial filtration systems
Our technicians inspect your equipment, identify potential issues, and provide recommendations to help prevent unexpected downtime.
After your maintenance visit, we can provide a detailed report outlining the condition of your system, recommended repairs, and future maintenance needs.
Depending on your application, we can schedule PM programs quarterly, semi-annually, or annually.
Media Filter Replacement
Bee Clean Specialties also provides replacement options for media mist and dust collection filters.
Filters Only
If you prefer to handle filter replacement internally, we can help you identify and source the correct filters for your equipment.
You can contact us by phone or email, or order commonly used filters through our website. If you are unsure which filter you need, our team can help determine the best option for your application.
Filters & Installation
For customers who prefer a complete service solution, Bee Clean Specialties can provide filter sourcing and replacement.
We will schedule a service visit, supply the correct filters, and complete the replacement process to help keep your filtration system operating effectively.
