What Can I Expect When Requesting An Electrostatic Service Quote?
When you first reach out to Bee Clean Specialties for help maintaining your existing air cleaner system, we need to know three things about your current system.
- What brand and model of air cleaners do you have? (Smog Hog, Trion, MistBuster, Torit, etc.)
- How many air cleaners of each brand and the number of filtration cells in each air cleaner unit?
- The frequency of service required, this depends on the density and consistency of your smoke or dust as well as your run times.
- Do you require a service report/checklist for your ISO requirements?
- Do we need to bring our own lift? Or can your air cleaners be accessed with a ladder?
- Do we need any extra services? For example cleaning the outside of the cabinet, outlet louvers or blowers.
(For example, you might have 8 two-cell MistBuster 850s that need service once a month and 6 four-cell SH-type Smog Hogs that need service every other month.)
This all can be a bit confusing to sort out, especially estimating the frequency that you will need service. But never fear; we’re here to help! We will send a skilled professional out to your facility to ensure we set you up with a service that meets your needs. That visit will be entirely free.
When we set up a frequency, we aim to perform the cell exchange as close to the end of their service period as possible. That will be just before the collection cells are fully loaded, and smoke blow-through goes up dramatically. Some of your air cleaners may not be as dirty as others due to many factors. If we believe these air cleaners can make it until your next service without excessive blow-through, we won’t service them unless told otherwise by you. This ensures you get the best value out of your air cleaning equipment, and we only service what needs to be done.
Once we have determined the type, quantity, and expected frequency, we will get you a quote on a one-time service. We believe that our service is so effective and helpful that you won’t need to look elsewhere for help, so there are no binding contracts!
