The reusable aluminum collection cells and ionizers can last decades as long as regular service is performed. Which leads to one of the main downsides to electrostatic filtration. It requires regular maintenance, and their high voltage systems can be dangerous and difficult to troubleshoot if something does go wrong. For larger customers, it is cost effective for us to travel even further to offer our service, which has led us to provide regular service to customers in Western Pennsylvania, Cincinnati OH, Louisville KY, St. Louis MO, Eastern Iowa, and Minneapolis MN.

If you are outside of our service area, there are other companies that provide onsite service electrostatic air cleaners as well. 

• Kentucky Filter Service is based out of Louisville, Kentucky and provides service to Kentucky and Southern Indiana and Ohio.

If your facility is not close to any of these locations, some of these companies provide a remote service to clean the collection cells and ionizers via a shipping program. Depending on your location, this could be your best option, but it often requires purchasing an extra set of filters, and the filter exchange will have to be done by the internal maintenance team.
